Yoga is the ancient practice of movement into postures, attached with breath.
These asanas, or poses, have evolved for thousands of years. There must be something to it, if it is still in practice today!
Yoga can be modified for any level of student......and by the way you do not have to be flexible to enjoy yoga and reap the benefits.
