At The Self Centre we maintain Balance through Movement and Breath.

Yoga is the ancient practice of movement into postures, attached with breath.

These asanas, or poses, have evolved for thousands of years. There must be something to it, if it is still in practice today!

Yoga has many positive attributes that have helped students with various ailments. Yoga can be modified for any level of student......and by the way you do not have to be flexible to enjoy yoga and reap the benefits.
