Ashtanga yoga can be a more vigorous routine, using a flowing sequence of postures to generate body heat, which purifies the body through sweating and deep breathing.   Classes are for all student levels. 

The Primary Series Ashtanga class is taught adhering to the sequence of poses introduced by Pattabhi Jois.  This class is for students with previous experience.
