Prenatal Yoga

A class that focuses on strengthening, opening, and relaxing the body in preparation for childbirth.  This class allows you to connect not only with your unborn baby but also with other moms-to-be.   Prenatal Yoga can be practiced at anytime throughout the pregnancy and has many positive benefits for not only you but your unborn baby.  Registration is required for this class.  Sessions are 10 weeks in length.
